A dedicated society for the Australian community of soft and material focused robotics.

We bring together scientists and experts across soft robotics, metamaterials, 4D printing, and adjacent fields to find new solutions at the intersection of materials, morphology, manufacturing and control.

We are driven by the pressing need for new low-cost and bespoke robots which can be deployed into warehouses, hospitals, the outback or deep space.

Our goal is to provide a local forum to meet and grow the local community, share exciting developments, and build collaborations
